Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [support@catocart.com].
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
