Returns Accepted Within 15 Days

  • Eligibility: Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags.
  • Proof Required: Order number or receipt.
  • Deadline: Request must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on Day 15 after delivery.

How to Return

  1. Contact: Email returns@catocart.com with order # + reason.
  2. Ship: Use our prepaid label (if return is our fault). Otherwise, customer pays return shipping.
  3. Refund: Issued to original payment within 5 business days after inspection.

Key Rules

  • Free returns for damaged/wrong items (report within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Non-returnable: Perishables, intimate apparel, custom items, opened products.
  • Restocking fee: $5 if tags/packaging missing.
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable.

Refund Timing

  • 5 business days to process + 3–10 days for bank posting.
